Before submitting a program, please use search in the upper right corner to make sure the program has not been added previously. If your program has already been added and you would like to keep its entry updated (i.e. update program version, description, screenshots and download links), please contact us and we will provide you the means to do so.
All submitted programs are published only after being reviewed by TopSoftZone.com administration. A program may not be published, if it does not meet the requirements listed below.

Requirements for submitted programs

• A program should not violate Russian or international copyright laws.
• A program must be published on the developer's web site. If the developer does not have a personal web site or a program page, a TopSoftZone.com page can be used for this purpose. In such a case you need to upload the program to a file server of your choice, because we do not provide file hosting services.
• There must be a direct link for downloading a program; otherwise, we will not publish it. We permit a link to download page as an exception only, just for the most popular programs. A program's web site must be free from offending or illegal content, such as porn or warez.
• The program description should not contain:
  1. Advertisement or contact information, requests to visit any web sites or send an e-mail, etc.
  2. Computer slang or offending words or phrases.
  3. Words that describe your program as an absolutely superior compared to other software (such as "absolutely the best program", "the only of its kind", etc).
• Program description must be free from grammar and spelling errors.

Program review and publication rules

All programs are reviewed by TopSoftZone.com administration. We publish or deny a program within 1 - 2 business days after submission.
We reserve the right to:

1. Change the program description.
2. Deny publishing a program without providing a reason.
3. Delete a program, if it consistently generates mulitple negative reviews or comments by our visitors.
